Well, as much as im loving my current status....it is also the most challenging time. Yelah...dulu b4 kawen, pk diri sendiri jer...n of coz mak ayah. Pastu dh kawen, kena jaga suami plak....then, dh ada bb...kena jaga bb plak. We, women hold d most multi-tasking jobs dont we? Dats y im thinking..........first n foremost we have to take good care of ourselves. My company dgn bermurah hati nyer telah organize Medical Check-up for all its staffs. So, last Friday i went to Sime Darby Taman Megah with Mama Harris a.k.a My Baby Bluebird to get our med check-up....2 check-ups that distract me d most was the ECG test. Ni check jantung.............masa test ni mcm3 klip elektrik letak kat badan kite til d toes..pastu staff nurse tu pasang satu alat to have the reading n detect any abnormalities. Test ni agak mengganggu gue coz we have to bare our chest....yeap, bra off ladies!...uhuks....agak kaget di situ.......lama plak tu....aduii...malu mak...huhu. Pastu another test....constipation test to check your buasir ada ke x....duk jenuh cakap kat doc I xde problem constipation.......die nak buat gak test...kali nih pants off plak ladies...........huhu....n then d doc masukkan sesuatu di situ....u know where right?...ahaks....for that im forever thankful for my job even kena buat presentation n report bagai...dari keje kena masuk tangan kat org lain punye 'toot'.....hehe....
Nway, ladies.....for all we know....sihat sakit kite semua di tangan-Nya. Be forever grateful semasa kita masih sihat ni. Dont forget ur yearly med check-up, paps smear...
